About the Village Clerk
The Office of the Clerk is currently vacant until the next election. Please contact the Deputy Clerk for assistance.
The Clerk's Office performs the bookkeeping for the Village of Mingo Junction including accounts payable, accounts receivable and employee payroll.
The Clerk's Office in collaboration with the Clerk of Council also maintains the public records of all village documents, minutes and records. The office is staffed via an elected Clerk, and an appointed Deputy Clerk.
About the Deputy Clerk
The Deputy Clerk keeps the books of the village and exhibits accurate statements of all moneys received and expended. The Deputy performs accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and performs the accounting of the village.
