"It is time for Mingo Junction to capitalize on the boom and infrastructure and which business it can attract because of the river, rail, and the new bridge. I'm looking forward to working with whoever wants to work with us. I want to re-connect Mingo to the broader Jefferson County government grants that can be awarded to partnership, (and to) restart mayor's court. Proof of development is surrounding us."
